hajj visa requirements
- Complete and sign Registration form In CAPITAL LETTERS.
- Hajj Visa Application Form – Do not forget to include your phone numbers. Fill the application form in black ink & in CAPITAL LETTERS – otherwise application will be incomplete.
- A VALID PASSPORT FOR 7 MONTHS required with 3 or 4 Blank pages side by side for VISA.
- One FULL PAGE of passport photocopy required. It should cover the FULL A4 paper (not half page).
- Vaccination Certificate for Meningitis ACYW 135 with Doctor’s Signature, stamp and date on Yellow card or Inoculation book and photocopy.Children under the age of 15 years must provide proof of oral immunization against polio.
- 2 Passport size photographs (4cm x 6cm) with white background for each traveler (ladies preferably in Hijab). Please write the name on back of each photograph
- Hajj Bank Draft in Saudi Riyals for Unified Agents Office Jeddah. HAJJ DRAFT $700 & QURBANI $150 is not included in the package.
- Ladies and Children need PROOF of relationship.
- Marriage Certificate photocopy in English which needs to be notarized currently and legalized by the Canadian Foreign Affairs.
- Long Birth Certificate photocopy showing parents names – Needs to be notarized currently and legalized by the Canadian Foreign Affairs. Visit How to get birth certificate in Ontario.
- Ladies going alone for Hajj must provide Notarized Permission Letter from Husband/Son with his passport photocopy on full page
- PR CARD Holders make sure of these requirements listed below;
- Check EXPIRY DATE of PR CARD. Must be valid for 7 months.
- Clear coloured photocopy of both sides of PR CARD.
- The photocopy needs to be notarized by Ministry of Foreign Affair Ottawa for visa process.
- If you are sending your document from outside Ontario – Please use only FedEx.
Make sure you send your document to the Mailing Address NOT the Travel Agency address. Also, Include Return Paid FedEx Courier Waybill with your documents – this is required to return the documents to your mailing address after getting Hajj Visa from Saudi Arabian Embassy. - A deposit of $3,000.00 CDN is required to confirm registration.
